Project Achievements｜项目往期成果
Since its launch in June 2018, the Cinema Paradiso Co-Construction initiative has expanded to 11 provinces and autonomous regions in China, including Xinjiang, Tibet, Guizhou, Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia, Sichuan, Jiangxi, and more. We've set up 22+ continuous movie stations in local schools and collaborated with rural film screening organizations nationwide, providing over 450 free screenings. This initiative has granted 120,000 rural children the chance to enjoy free movies through Cinema Paradiso.
自2018年6月开展以来，天堂电影院足迹覆盖新疆、西藏、贵州、陕西、内蒙、四川、江西等11个省市自治区，在当地中小学设立了超过22个持续放映点，与国家在各地的农村电影放映机构合作，持续为中小学生放映大银幕电影，累计放映超过450场，有超过12万人次的乡村孩子们通过天堂电影院的大银幕看到电影。

As our network grows, we're unwavering in our commitment: maintaining around 30 annual screenings per station at existing sites, nurturing children's love for arts and movies. Our aim is to offer more children the chance to explore their imaginations, discover the world, and pursue a future beyond their hometowns through the magic of film.
持续新建站点的同时，在已建成站点保持每站每年30场左右的放映场次，持续对孩子们进行艺术熏陶。让更多的孩子通过电影这个窗口了解更广阔的世界，让他们感受更好的艺术氛围，培养良好的审美，健康的世界观。

The project location initiated by Cinema Parasdiso continues to provide local film screening services. At the same time, efforts are ongoing to expand the establishment of more Paradise Cinemas on a larger scale.

All screenings and related services provided
by Cinema Paradiso are free of charge to the beneficiaries during the project's operational period. The construction costs, materials, ongoing maintenance expenses, and human resources costs are all funded through collaborative efforts from project partners and the community, with funds dedicated to this purpose.

Our Origin
"Nuovo Cinema Paradiso" premiered in 1988 and won the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film, the Cannes Film Festival Jury Prize, and the Golden Globe Award for Best Foreign Language Film. With a rating of 9.2 on Douban and 8.5 on IMDb, it is a masterpiece. This is a film about cinema, about growing up, and most importantly, about life. The name and symbolism of the Cinema Paradiso Collaborative Program are both inspired by this film.

In January 2020, the CPCC Program was awarded the 2019 Annual Philanthropy Project Award at the 9th China Philanthropy Festival.

In December 2021, the promotional film 'CPCC X Nava Family' received the Best Philanthropic Theme Award at the 7th Shanghai Philanthropic Microfilm Festival.
